Wearable signals and lab biomarkers, finally reading from the same page.

Advanced Labs combines the recovery, sleep and strain data your wearable already collects with advanced blood panels, then explains what each signal means for the training week ahead — in language you do not need a lab background to read.

Testing with a specific question in mind

Two one-time panels people reach for most often. Both are informational testing products, not treatment or medical advice.

  • Abstract rose and violet panel artwork
    Hormonal markers$329 one-time
    • Total & free testosterone
    • SHBG
    • Cortisol

    Test your hormones

Explore a panel designed to help you track key hormonal markers alongside your clinician — testosterone, SHBG, cortisol, DHEA-S and full thyroid chemistry, each explained in plain language next to its reference range.

Informational testing only — results are not a diagnosis and do not replace care from a qualified clinician.

  • Abstract teal and deep blue panel artwork
    On a GLP-1 medication$689 one-time
    • HbA1c & fasting insulin
    • ApoB & lipids
    • Cystatin C, eGFR

    GLP-1 monitoring markers

If you are taking a GLP-1 medication, explore a panel designed to help you follow relevant metabolic, nutrient, kidney and liver markers alongside your prescribing clinician as your body composition changes.

Informational testing only — results are not a diagnosis and do not replace care from a qualified clinician.

Built for people who train on evidence

  • One readiness number, fully explained

Recovery, sleep quality and accumulated strain are combined into a single daily score, with every contributing driver shown so you can see exactly why today looks the way it does.

  • Advanced panels, plain language

Every biomarker carries a short explanation of what it measures and why it can matter for training, alongside its reference range, optimal target and change since your last draw.

  • Cross-signal context

Advanced Labs lines up lab values with the wearable trends recorded around the same window, so a borderline marker is read next to the recovery and sleep data it sits beside.

  • Order to result, tracked

Requisitions, collection windows, analysis stages and result release live on one timeline, with lab estimates clearly labelled as estimates.

How Advanced Labs works

  1. 01

    Connect your wearable

Authorise your device account once. Recovery, cycles, workout, sleep, profile and body measurement data are imported after you approve access — nothing is read before that.

  2. 02

    Order and complete a panel

Choose a panel tier, then complete collection at a partner draw site or with an at-home kit where eligibility allows. The app is free; lab panels are one-time purchases.

  3. 03

    Read readiness and trends

Results land in your Labs workspace and feed the readiness view, correlations and long-run trend charts you can revisit before each training block.

Informational, not diagnostic

Reference ranges vary by laboratory, assay and individual context, so a value inside or outside a range is never a diagnosis. Advanced Labs explanations, optimal targets and correlations are educational context for training and lifestyle planning. Always review results with a qualified clinician before changing training, nutrition, supplementation or medication.

Step inside a fully populated member account

The sample opens on a realistic account with months of wearable history, a resulted panel, one panel still in analysis and an open requisition on the timeline.
